While Texas is amid an unprecedented active invasion of our sovereign southern border, numerous Texas Republican Congressional Representatives disregarded the warning from the House Freedom Caucus, which urged GOP Representatives to protect our military from medical tyranny and secure the southern border. Immigration issues do NOT belong in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and our military MUST be protected from forced medical tyranny.
Yet, the following TX GOP Congressional Representatives instead voted for Amendment 334, which effectively grants amnesty privileges to children of H-1B Visa workers.
Below is the list of the GOP Congressional Representatives who voted against putting Texans & Americans first. We must hold our elected officials accountable. We encourage every outraged Texan to call each Representative and RESPECTFULLY voice their disappointment in their vote.
Representatives that voted FOR amnesty
Dist 8, The Woodlands
Dist 31, Round Rock
Dist 4, Sherman
Rep. Mayra Flores
Dist 34, McAllen
Email: Not Operable Yet
Rep. Tony Gonzales
Dist 23, San Antonio
Dist 5, Terrell
Dist 12, Ft. Worth
Dist 10, Austin
Dist 3, Plano
These amendments CAN BE STOPPED in the Senate. As such we are also calling on Border Advocates to encourage Senator Cruz to strike out amnesty in the NDAA bill and put Texas First.
Senator Cruz Office Number: (202) 224-5922
If this border crisis is to be immediately addressed Texas elected officials MUST stop incentivizing mass illegal immigration. Amnesty is one of the top incentives driving the invasion of Texas, and as such it is past time for our elected officials to take bold moves to stop this crisis.

Never in our lifetime has a sovereign state within the Union and its citizens been openly assaulted on a massive scale with no response by the federal government. The federal government is purposely failing to uphold its constitutional duty to protect Texas. It is reasonable to conclude this blatant disregard by the Biden Administration, HHS, Mayorkas, and now the DOJ is solely focused on aiding the criminal cartel organizations that are benefiting from the mass exploitation of human beings and the assault against Texas. As the federal government is failing to uphold its constitutional duty and orchestrating this barrage of unsustainable assaults, it is imperative to remind the federal government that they serve at the behest of the sovereign states.
Consequently, the federal government only holds the authority of power willingly delegated and agreed upon by the states within the Union. The current actions or lack thereof are nothing short of open assault against the sovereign State of Texas and consequently directly impact every other sovereign State within the Republic. As a result, Texas has had to respond with novel methods under Operation Lone Star. However, despite the best efforts of our Texas Military, Department of Public Safety, local law enforcement, Office of the Governor, Office of the Attorney General, and billions of Texas taxpayer dollars, there is no alleviation in sight.
As such, We, the citizens of Texas, petition Gov. Abbott to take the next necessary step of declaring this as an active invasion. This is Texas, and we will no longer sit idly by while a tyrannical administration over a thousand miles away continues to blatantly encourage the active destruction of Texas, its citizens, and the rest of the United States. We recognize that constitutionally and legally, this pivotal next step would grant the authority our Texas forces require to secure Texas and its citizens by any and all means necessary.
While we acknowledge this action is unprecedented, it is the action that is required. As our chosen elected Governor, representative of We, the citizens of Texas, we are entrusting you with the fate, future, and safety of the State.

urgent action item
We are in the midst of an active invasion which the Biden Administration is inviting. The state of Texas cannot depend on the federal government to uphold the duty of protecting Texans. If Texas is to survive this, our elected state officials must rely on the legal and constitutional powers afforded to the states under an active foreign invasion. The whole world is coming over our sovereign state border. With the real possibility of lifting Title 42 quickly approaching, the time for Texas to act is now!
If Attorney General Paxton defines this crisis as the invasion that it is, it allows our Governor to invoke Art I, § 10, cl. 3 of the U.S. Constitution, also known as the "State Self-Defense Clause." This action has already been taken by the Arizona AG. Texas has the constitutional and moral obligation to defend its citizens when the federal government fails to do so. Invoking the State Self-Defense Clause allows Texas to protect its citizens and the territory of Texas by all means necessary. The authority is there; the question now is, in these unprecedented times, do our elected state officials have the grit and fortitude to do what is right and necessary to protect Texans?
CALL TO ACTION:
Call & send a comment to Attorney General Paxton encouraging to write an opinion defining the current crisis as an active invasion so that Texas may do all we can to secure our border and save our Texas!

Attorney General Paxton,
Our great state has had to deal with the physical brunt of the border crisis. Since the Biden Administration took office, Texas has been ground zero for illegal immigrants of over 150+ countries to flood over our sovereign state border. Our law enforcement and Border Patrol agents were already overwhelmed with the over 2 million encounters last year. We have just reached over 1 million for the current fiscal year so far. There is no way to truly assess how many “got aways” there have been. When Title 42 is lifted, hundreds of thousands are reportedly ready to cross, with the potential for millions more to follow. Drugs are pouring into every Texas city at alarming rates. Fentanyl and other deadly drug overdoses are skyrocketing, particularly amongst our youth.
The time is now for Texas to take a bold stand. As your constituent, I am strongly urging you to write an official opinion defining that the state of Texas is under an active invasion. Texas cannot depend on the federal government to defend Texans from the very attack the Biden Administration has invited. Providing your legal opinion will allow Texas far more constitutionally legal means by which we can defend our citizens and the sovereign state of Texas. Thank you!
