The mission of Alliance for a Safe Texas is to inform and educate our fellow Texans of the consequences of illegal immigration and the open border policies. Alliance for a Safe Texas fights too combat this using a three-prong approach;
1. Through legislative, city and county efforts,
2. Providing resources to border counties and law enforcement,
3. Exposing the truth of the horrific realities that impact our southern border and affect every corner of our great state and nation.

Sheena Rodriguez is a wife and homeschooling mother who began her activism in the pro-life movement by serving five years as a volunteer counselor at a local crisis pregnancy center. Recently, she has focused her efforts on raising awareness of the current border crisis as she views the border issues as an extension of the pro-life movement. For nearly two years, she has made frequent visits to the Texas Border from the Rio Grande Valley area, Roma, La Joya, Laredo, El Paso, and spent several months focusing on the Del Rio Sector. When not at the border, Sheena can be found at the Texas Capitol attempting to influence legislation to help fortify Texas. Alliance for a Safe Texas also strives to help educate everyday Texans so they can become engaged on the grassroots state and local levels. This includes helping to research & educate on Constitutional action items. By doing so, Sheena and Alliance for a Safe Texas is hoping to combat the negative consequences of current border policies impacting every Texan.
Has 13 years of experience in education. She has seen first hand the issues due to increased illegal immigration on the education system. She has also been involved in Texas politics for years.
Active in South Texas politics and a strong advocate for Texas. Vice President for Latinos for America First, State Director for Election Integrity for the America Project.
